1. Participate in multiple complex projects, managing specific project segments independently under the guidance of a BTM mentor.
2. Lead the scoping of simple projects in the Digital, Omnichannel, Retail, or Client domains.
3. Create mock-ups of screens to meet business needs as required.
4. Develop business processes, user journeys, and client journeys.
5. Compile and report alerts in a timely manner.
6. Prepare meeting materials for kick-offs, project committees, and steering committees.
7. Monitor and follow up on action items from various meetings.
