Business Analyst Intern

1. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analyses of the category on a global scale using Circana/Beauty Research panels and Power BI.
2. Build ad-hoc analyses based on business needs, providing insights and recommendations.
3. Create launch reports for S1 and S2 2025 in coordination with marketing plans and product teams.
4. Participate in strategic presentations such as FY 2024 review, S1 2025 launches, three-year plans, roadmaps, and worldwide meetings.
5. Continuously improve analysis reports (Excel) and adapt to environmental changes (panel updates, launches, new tools).
6. Perform competitive analysis.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
2. Organized, versatile, rigorous, and open-minded.
3. Seeking a challenging experience in a prestigious company.
4. Comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel (SUMIF, Pivot Tables, Power BI).
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Interest in brand image and visual merchandising.
7. Passionate about cosmetics and luxury, with ideally a significant first experience in the field.
