1. Conduct monthly updates of performance tracking files for Sell In and Sell Out metrics.
2. Analyze sales performance and manage operational aspects of in-store promotions.
3. Evaluate commercial performance including sales figures and selective sector panels.
4. Prepare and participate in team meetings and seminars.
5. Optimize communication between headquarters and field teams through the creation and distribution of a weekly newsletter.
6. Support sales representatives during client meetings.
7. Coordinate external sales force bookings and maintain liaison between sales staff and agencies.
8. Monitor budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Assist in managing departmental operational budgets.
10. Distribute materials to sales representatives and clients.
11. Organize events and maintain product stock records.
