Parfums Christian Dior Brand Experience Manager

- Develop and deploy the service strategy menu, including treatments, applications, diagnostics, and masterclasses.
- Ensure pricing and duration consistency of service menus across markets and in comparison to competitors.
- Provide strategic recommendations to Brand Management for additional service opportunities, including concepts, customer journeys, pricing, and iconography.
- Enhance customer experience by supporting retail education teams in developing training modules for field teams.
- Monitor service performance and develop associated reporting tools.
- Create a 2025 animation plan for point-of-sale events in collaboration with international retail teams and key markets.
- Consolidate and optimize animation plans by region and country.
- Coordinate the deployment of engraving plans in line with innovation strategies.
- Develop solutions for point-of-sale deployment, including service and hygiene tools and display menu optimization.
- Conduct benchmarking for Virtual Try-On (VTO) integration in point-of-sale.
- Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing the Dior.com experience, including diagnostics, VTO, optimized product pages, and reservation services.
- Support CRM strategy development to meet target objectives by category and region and accelerate data collection events.
- Develop CRM service communications, including clienteling campaigns and newsletters.
- Master's degree in Marketing or related field from a business school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and cross-functional project management, preferably in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
- International or market experience is advantageous.
- Retail or merchandising sensitivity is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and cross-functional project management, preferably within the luxury perfumes and cosmetics sector.
Master's degree in Marketing or related field from a business school.
