1. Deploy 360° services and tools, supporting local markets in implementation and overseeing the operational follow-up and product personalization projects in coordination with R&D, training, digital, and innovation teams.
2. Contribute to the development of new, innovative service concepts by providing business and creative insights.
3. Participate in defining the communication strategy for services, including the creation and development of offline and online materials such as iconography, merchandising, and customer journey conceptualization.
4. Analyze performance metrics, share best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance project impact.
5. Conduct competitive analysis and propose strategic directions to strengthen the Dior experience.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).
