Parfums Christian Dior Brand Animation Assistant

- Participate in the deployment of key brand animations for the upcoming semesters.
- Develop creative concepts and briefs for cross-functional teams.
- Create and manage the product offering plan, including limited editions and gifting strategies.
- Collaborate with departments such as merchandising, artistic direction, digital, and events to develop 360° tools.
- Contribute to concept development and offering plans for future animations.
- Conduct iconographic and terminological research to illustrate concepts and projects.
- Perform competitive analysis and market research on trends and innovations.
- Analyze market performance and previous animation results, including sell-in and sell-out metrics by country.
- Assist in preparing internal and external meetings, including presentations and visual materials.
- Support in organizing photo shoots, video productions, and annual meetings.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills.
- Attention to detail and an open-minded approach.
- Aesthetic and creative sensibility with a passion for cosmetics and luxury.
Entry-level experience in operational marketing or product development within the cosmetics or luxury sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or equivalent program.
Interns will engage in a comprehensive integration program, including training modules on Dior's heritage, products, software, and processes. Networking opportunities with young talents from other departments are provided, alongside HR coaching for career preparation. Interns will also develop and present a business project to top management.
