Parfums Christian Dior Boutique Operations Associate

- Assist the Boutique Manager in stock management tasks, including inventory preparation, cycle counts, and CRM tracking.
- Optimize delivery frequency based on available space in both front and back of the boutique.
- Manage non-sellable product flows, including testers, samples, and GWP, and anticipate future needs based on event plans.
- Create and exchange reports with the supply chain to determine stock thresholds, identify high and low turnover products, and alert on stock levels.
- Support the Boutique Manager in commercial controls, such as internal audits and inventory checks.
- Achieve healthy shrinkage and accuracy rates.
- Oversee Visual Merchandising, including ordering POSM and testers, setting up displays, and reporting execution excellence.
- Communicate missing or damaged pieces to management and supply chain.
- Maintain an aesthetically impeccable and hygienic boutique environment.
- Manage back-of-house organization and optimize team efficiency.
- Coordinate deliveries considering workforce, storage, and commercial needs.
- Ensure compliance with Christian Dior's policies and procedures.
- Minimum three years of experience in stock management.
- Mandatory experience in retail or administration, preferably in luxury.
- Proficiency with digital tools and operational POS systems.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR systems, client tracking systems, and POS.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management and retail or administration, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range from $40,000 to $60,000 CAD, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and seniority.
