- Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks, including inventory preparation and monitoring out-of-stock items.
- Optimize delivery frequency based on available space and seasonal demand.
- Manage non-saleable product flows, such as testers and samples, and anticipate future requirements for events.
- Create reports with the supply chain to determine stock thresholds and identify sales trends.
- Support business controls, including internal audits and inventory counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including ordering and setting up displays.
- Ensure back-of-house organization and manage stock dispatch within the store.
- Coordinate POS maintenance and digital tools with headquarters.
- Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning teams to maintain boutique standards.
- Assist in shift planning and event supplier permissions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock management.
- Experience in retail or administration, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with operational POS systems and HRIS.
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
A minimum of 3 years in stock management, with mandatory experience in retail or administration, preferably in the luxury sector.
