1. Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks, including inventory preparation and monitoring out-of-stock items.
2. Optimize delivery frequency based on available space and seasonal demand.
3. Manage non-saleable product flows, such as testers and samples, and anticipate future requirements for events.
4. Create reports with the supply chain to determine stock thresholds and identify sales trends.
5. Support business controls, including internal audits and inventory counts.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including ordering and setting up displays.
7. Ensure back-of-house organization and manage stock dispatch within the store.
8. Coordinate POS maintenance and digital tools with headquarters.
9. Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning teams to maintain boutique standards.
10. Assist in shift planning and event supplier permissions.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock management.
2. Experience in retail or administration, ideally within the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Experience with operational POS systems and HRIS.
3. Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is highly preferred.
4. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

A minimum of 3 years in stock management, with mandatory experience in retail or administration, preferably in the luxury sector.
