1. Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks, including inventory preparation and out-of-stock monitoring.
2. Optimize delivery frequency based on available space and sales forecasts.
3. Manage non-saleable product flows and propose store requirements in line with commercial periods.
4. Create reports with the supply chain to determine stock thresholds and identify top-movers and slow-movers.
5. Support business controls such as internal audits and cycle counts.
6. Order and manage Visual Merchandising materials, ensuring excellence in execution.
7. Maintain a pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
8. Organize and optimize the Back of House for team efficiency.
9. Manage deliveries and dispatch stock within the store.
10. Oversee digital tools maintenance and report issues to headquarters.
11. Manage cleaning teams and temporary staff to meet operational standards.
12. Assist in event planning and shift management.

1. Minimum three years’ experience in stock management.
2. Experience in retail or administration, ideally in luxury.
3. Digital proficiency with operational POS systems.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Experience with HRIS systems and client tracking systems.
3. Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management and retail or administration, preferably in the luxury sector.

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $30-$35/hour.
