- Manage schedules, leave requests, payroll, commissions, and employee relations in partnership with retail operations and HR.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training programs and company policies.
- Organize and manage store operations, including cash management and stock optimization.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
- Minimum 3 years as a business or store manager directly overseeing a team of at least 5-10 people, preferably in luxury retail or a perfumery brand.
- Proven experience in achieving retail sales results and profitability.
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail environments.
- Experience in executing well-planned and successful brand events is a plus.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of beauty trends and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional ability to connect with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong people management skills, including leadership, motivation, coaching, and development.
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Digital proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and CRM systems.
Minimum 3 years as a business or store manager in luxury retail or perfumery.
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 CAD, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and seniority.
