1. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store KPIs monthly.
2. Exemplify the Dior client experience and provide memorable service.
3. Educate customers on Dior products and share brand storytelling.
4. Lead the sales team by example and ensure a welcoming boutique environment.
5. Report store performance weekly to leadership.
6. Develop and execute strategies for business and client development.
7. Gather and report market trends and identify commercial opportunities.
8. Host leadership in-store and discuss business KPIs and strategies.
9. Ensure availability and use of omnichannel service offerings.

1. Minimum 3 years as a Business or Boutique Manager in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
3. Experience in executing successful brand events is a plus.
4. Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin skills preferred.

1. Excellent selling and customer service skills.
2. Strong beauty knowledge and vocabulary.
3. Exceptional ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
5. Digital savvy and comfortable with operational systems.

Minimum 3 years as a Business or Boutique Manager directly managing a team of 5 to 10 people, preferably in the luxury retail environment or fragrance brand.

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $90,000-$110,000.
