- Implement the Maison's commercial policy and boutique development strategy to achieve ambitious business objectives.
- Monitor sales, market share, and performance indicators.
- Organize commercial events and action plans.
- Understand the competitive environment and identify commercial development opportunities.
- Animate the client base and develop relationships with the store.
- Supervise the Dior beauty stand at Printemps Parly II.
- Continuously develop team skills in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure team skill enhancement through daily sales coaching.
- Set missions and manage the quantitative and qualitative performance of the boutique.
- Inspire an exemplary mindset within the team.
- Manage schedules and inventory while ensuring adherence to company procedures, merchandising guidelines, and team grooming standards.
- Proven experience in retail environments, particularly in department stores or boutiques.
- Previous management experience is essential.
- Experience in the beauty sector is advantageous.
