Parfums Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and services KPIs monthly.
- Exemplify the Dior client experience by meeting client needs and providing memorable service.
- Educate customers on the Dior brand and products, sharing storytelling in every interaction.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to ensure a welcoming boutique environment.
- Report weekly on store performance to leadership.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly strategies for business and client development.
- Gather and report market and competition trends to identify commercial opportunities.
- Host leadership in-store and discuss business KPIs, team performance, and opportunities.
- Set and track individual KPIs for employees, providing motivation and feedback.
- Coach and develop team skills and knowledge using Dior tools and training materials.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of excellence and client-centricity.
- Oversee the annual review process for all store employees.
- Assist in recruiting top talent and play an active role in onboarding and retention.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training programs.
- Ensure the team supports all client development and experience strategies.
- Manage internal and external communication for successful store events.
- Propose and execute actions to drive store traffic and develop customer loyalty.
- Leverage client data to retain, recruit, and grow client loyalty.
- Organize and host events, ensuring Dior client experience standards are met.
- 3+ years as a Business or Boutique Manager managing a team of 5 to 10 people in luxury retail or fragrance.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
- Experience in luxury retail environments.
- Experience in executing prestigious brand events is a plus.
- Excellent selling and customer service skills.
- Strong beauty knowledge and vocabulary regarding beauty trends and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional ability to connect with clients and nurture long-term relationships.
- People management skills including leadership, motivation, coaching, and development.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Digital proficiency and experience with operational POS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and client tracking systems.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, preferably within the luxury retail or fragrance industry, managing a team and achieving sales targets.
Salary range: $100,000-$120,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
