21. Define and manage the boutique's daily administrative tasks, ensuring the execution and tracking of retail performance tools such as ATR and IT equipment.
22. Manage inventory effectively based on quantity and sales guidelines, ensuring inventory accuracy.
23. Ensure business compliance across the boutique and team, adhering to company procedures in all aspects including cash, inventory, IT, and security.
24. Ensure health and safety management in the boutique and team, meeting brand and legal expectations.

1. Over 3 years of experience as a business or boutique manager, preferably in luxury retail, managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
2. Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).
