1. Oversee opening and closing procedures, including security system management and store preparation.
2. Supervise daily operations in the absence of management, ensuring smooth functioning of the boutique.
3. Train new employees, delegate tasks, and monitor staff performance.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and address maintenance issues.
5. Participate in offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
6. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, providing personalized shopping experiences.
7. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
8. Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging Dior tools for client management.

1. 1 year of Key Holder experience in a retail environment.
2. 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
3. Proven track record in achieving retail results.
4. Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.

1. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
3. Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is highly preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 1-2 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

The salary range is $30-$33/hour, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
