1. Oversee boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security system management.
2. Supervise and train staff in the absence of management, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

4. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
5. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships, utilizing CRM tools to drive loyalty and sales.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year as a Key Holder.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
3. Experience in luxury retail, particularly in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational POS systems.
5. Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is highly preferred.
