- Conduct in-store and remote sales activities, acting as a personal shopper.

- Develop lasting relationships with existing and new clients through authentic interactions.

- Maintain an aesthetically impeccable and hygienic boutique environment.
- Support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
- Operate cash registers and assist with daily financial reconciliation.
- Participate in off-site seasonal schools and Dior training programs.
- Lead the team as an in-store expert in fragrance product knowledge.
- Provide memorable fragrance experiences and personalized consultations to clients.
- Minimum 1 year of fragrance sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience required, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven track record of retail sales success (sales and profitability).
- Experience in selling makeup, fragrances, and skincare, preferably in luxury.
- Proficiency with digital tools and operational point-of-sale systems.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HR systems, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to maintain a professional and polished appearance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on fragrance sales.
The salary range is $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 CAD, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
