1. Lead in-store teams during events as a Dior Brand Ambassador, enhancing retail sales through exemplary customer service.

3. Train and develop in-store Beauty Stylists, teaching new sales techniques and ensuring comfort with skincare and makeup applications.
4. Develop and execute innovative in-store events to boost retail sales.
5. Represent the brand at high-profile engagements, such as trend shows.
6. Communicate regularly with the Account Manager to meet local store needs.
7. Achieve personal productivity goals for each event and annual retail performance for targeted doors and accounts.
8. Lead by example during key selling periods.
9. Effectively communicate new trends, events, and products to Beauty Stylists and clients, staying informed about competitors.
10. Address client inquiries about Dior products, ensuring courteous and professional communication.
11. Manage individual travel and expense budgets, booking travel accordingly.

1. Over 2 years of experience in prestige cosmetics sales and in-store events.
2. Expert makeup artistry skills and knowledge of Dior skincare.
3. Advanced knowledge of Dior fragrances and their history.
4. Practical knowledge of the latest makeup trends.
5. Strong verbal communication skills.
6. Media trained.
7. Team player with a strong sense of style.
8. Ability to close sales.
9. Willingness to travel up to 80% (region-dependent).
