- Act as an ambassador for the Dior brand, embodying its values and promoting its image with passion.
- Conduct in-store and remote sales activities, serving as a personal shopper to meet customer needs and provide memorable experiences.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to the boutique's key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients through authentic interactions and clienteling strategies.
- Maintain an aesthetically impeccable and hygienic boutique environment, supporting merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
- Operate cash registers and assist with daily financial reconciliations.
- Attend seasonal off-site schools and Dior training programs, adhering to Dior grooming standards including wearing the Dior uniform.
- Handle, lift, and move merchandise safely and frequently.
- 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving retail sales and profitability results.
- Experience in selling makeup, fragrances, and skincare, ideally in a luxury setting.
- Comfortable with digital tools and operational point-of-sale systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and clienteling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant retail or luxury sales environment.
Salary range of CAD 40,000 to CAD 60,000, with flexibility for exceptional expertise and performance.
