1. Act as an ambassador for the Dior brand, embodying its values and promoting its image with passion.
2. Conduct in-store and remote sales activities, serving as a personal shopper to meet customer needs and provide memorable experiences.
3. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to the boutique's key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis.
4. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients through authentic interactions and clienteling strategies.
5. Maintain an aesthetically impeccable and hygienic boutique environment, supporting merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
6. Operate cash registers and assist with daily financial reconciliations.
7. Attend seasonal off-site schools and Dior training programs, adhering to Dior grooming standards including wearing the Dior uniform.
8. Handle, lift, and move merchandise safely and frequently.

1. 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving retail sales and profitability results.
3. Experience in selling makeup, fragrances, and skincare, ideally in a luxury setting.
4. Comfortable with digital tools and operational point-of-sale systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

3. Proficiency in client relationship management and clienteling.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant retail or luxury sales environment.

Salary range of CAD 40,000 to CAD 60,000, with flexibility for exceptional expertise and performance.
