1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting clients' needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.
3. Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
5. Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients to the brand.
6. Learn and leverage Dior content and tools to register client data and drive traffic.
7. Play an active role in maintaining an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
8. Understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
9. Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
10. Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
11. Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
3. Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.

1. Digital savvy with experience in operational POS systems.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and client tracking systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $27-$30/hour.
