1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Meet clients' needs and provide memorable experiences through high standards of service, following the brand's D.I.O.R. method.
3. Communicate passionately about Dior's storytelling and educate clients on the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
5. Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interactions.
6. Utilize Dior content and tools to register client data, drive traffic, and develop client loyalty.
7. Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
8. Support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
9. Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
10. Attend offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
11. Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
3. Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.

1. Digital savvy with experience in operational POS systems.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3. Experience with HRIS systems, client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS).
4. Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
5. Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.

1-2 years of retail experience in a luxury environment is required.

The salary range is $24-$28/hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
