- Conduct Dior Private Skin Treatments, including facial treatments, bespoke micropeeling, and treatments for men.
- Provide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation to customers, including booking skincare treatment services.
- Educate customers on Dior products, focusing on skincare application techniques and routines, and the Dior brand.
- Achieve retail sales targets and facial targets monthly.
- Support the team with planning and executing key events and PR activities when requested.
- Ensure the 'Welcome to Dior' approach is embedded in every client interaction.
- Manage client bookings and build client profiles tailored to treatments offered.
- Attend regular bespoke training sessions and promote product and service knowledge.
- Sell Dior products and skincare treatments, providing a high standard of service throughout the sales process using Dior professional selling techniques.
- Cross-sell makeup and fragrance, adopting a global approach.
- Coach Beauty Consultants on skincare diagnosis, consultation, gestures, and application tips.
- Update the iPOS tool with client data, including all sales and client profiles.
- Develop and utilize a customer database on iPOS to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Ensure cabins meet hygiene and quality standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Boutique or Counter Manager to ensure sufficient stock, particularly of skincare products.
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to Dior grooming guidelines and cabin and store standards.
- Respect corporate and counter rules and report to trade store management team and operational staff.
- Represent the brand values towards clients and demonstrate a Dior attitude at all times.
- Possess formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ, or Diploma.
- Strong client-centric mindset and team player.
- Proactive and positive mindset.
- Outgoing, courteous, and genuine demeanor.
- Self-confidence and ease in approaching customers.
- Eager to satisfy customers and build trustful relationships.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment.

- Confirmed aptitude in skincare application on face and body, especially high-level skincare treatments and use of skincare tools.
- Completed training on skincare knowledge, face and body applications.
- Excellent product knowledge on cosmetics, particularly skincare and skincare treatment.
- Excellent knowledge of face and body anatomy, muscles, skin, and their functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able and willing to coach and develop people in skincare diagnosis and consultation.
Preferably with skincare luxury business experience. Previous professional treatment experience and understanding of skin analysis. Experience in a spa environment is desirable. Experience in a luxury retail environment is beneficial but not essential.
Possess formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ, or Diploma.
