- Suggest complementary products within categories and provide a global beauty approach to customers.
- Maintain counter sales operations according to company guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure adequate inventory.
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company and counter operational requirements and Dior beauty guidelines.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
- Exceptional sales skills

- Proficient language skills, fluent in local language
- Extensive knowledge of cosmetics
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and the luxury industry
1-2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably in the luxury sector.
High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
