1. Achieve sales targets and enhance brand image by leading relationships with local and international clients.
2. Sell Dior products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling principles.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate clients about Dior products to increase brand knowledge and loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
8. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
10. Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2 level) and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
