1. Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
3. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
4. Identify and understand customer needs, propose and demonstrate personalized products, and offer complementary items.
5. Communicate passionately about the brand and products, achieving retail sales targets and contributing to counter KPIs.
6. Develop sustainable relationships with existing customers and engage new ones through genuine human interaction.
7. Register customer data in the CRM system and perform all clienteling activities.
8. Utilize Dior's database and tools to generate traffic, develop customer loyalty, and take action.
9. Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels, reporting shortages.
10. Monitor inventory and the overall appearance of the counter, executing all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
11. Maintain good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules, including Dior grooming guidelines.

1. Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in the luxury industry.
2. Proven track record of excelling in retail results within a luxury retail environment.

1. Sales and customer service skills, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Dutch with proficiency in French and English.
3. Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities.
4. Result and action-oriented with high energy levels.
5. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations.
7. Comfortable with new technologies and effective communication across diverse groups.
8. Continuous self-improvement and learning mindset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
