1. Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process using the D.I.O.R. method.
3. Communicate passionately and inform customers about the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter KPIs.
5. Develop sustainable relationships with existing and new customers.
6. Register customer data in the system and perform CRM and clienteling activities.
7. Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels.
8. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
9. Maintain good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.

1. Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in luxury.
2. Proven track record in excelling in retail results within a luxury environment.

1. Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Good written and communication skills.
3. Fluent in Dutch, preferably with good spoken French and English.
4. Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
5. Result and action-oriented with high energy.
6. Team player with adaptability and resilience.
7. Comfortable with new technologies and diverse groups.
8. Effective communication tailored to different audiences.
9. Active pursuit of self-development opportunities.

Minimum 3 years

Preferably completed at least a secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.

Part-time position with flexible working hours.
