- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the counter, employing traffic stopping techniques.
- Identify and understand customer needs, propose personalized products, and demonstrate them effectively.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and products to inform and engage customers.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter KPIs.
- Develop sustainable relationships with existing and new customers, both in-store and remotely.
- Register customer data in the dedicated system and perform all CRM and clienteling activities.
- Utilize Dior databases and tools to generate traffic, develop customer loyalty, and take action.
- Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels to ensure adequacy, reporting any shortages.
- Monitor stock and overall counter appearance, performing all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules, including Dior grooming guidelines.
- Previous professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally in luxury.
- Proven track record of excelling in retail results within a luxury environment.
- Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Result and action-oriented with high energy levels.
- Team player with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate.
- Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations.
- Comfortable with new technologies and learning new tools.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups.
- Effective communication tailored to different audiences.
- Self-development oriented, seeking growth and challenges.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within the luxury industry.
Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent, with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
