Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process using the D.I.O.R. method.
- Communicate passionately and inform customers about the brand and products.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter KPIs.
- Develop sustainable relationships with existing and new customers.
- Register customer data in the system and perform CRM and clienteling activities.
- Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in luxury.
- Proven track record in excelling in retail results within a luxury environment.
Skills
- Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, preferably with good spoken French and English.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Result and action-oriented with high energy.
- Team player with adaptability and resilience.
- Comfortable with new technologies and diverse groups.
- Effective communication tailored to different audiences.
- Active pursuit of self-development opportunities.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years
Education Requirements
Preferably completed at least a secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
