- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
- Initiate contact with customers, welcome them at the counter, and engage in traffic stopping.
- Identify and understand customer needs, propose personalized products, and demonstrate them effectively.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and its products, achieving retail sales targets and contributing to monthly counter KPIs.
- Develop sustainable relationships with existing and new customers, both in-store and remotely.
- Register customer data in the dedicated system and carry out CRM and clienteling activities.
- Utilize Dior database and tools to generate traffic and develop customer loyalty.
- Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels, reporting shortages.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the counter and execute operational and administrative tasks.
- Foster good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.
- Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in luxury.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results within a luxury environment.
- Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Result and action-oriented with high energy levels.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptable and resilient in challenging situations.
- Comfortable with new technologies and interpersonal interactions.
- Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proactive in seeking growth and challenges.
Minimum 3 years
Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
