- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, following the D.I.O.R. method.
- Initiate contact with customers, welcome them at the counter, and engage in traffic stopping.
- Identify and understand customer needs to propose and demonstrate personalized products.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and products to inform and engage customers.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter KPIs.
- Develop sustainable relationships with existing customers and engage new ones through genuine human interaction.
- Register customer data in the dedicated system and execute all CRM and clienteling activities.
- Utilize the Dior database and tools to generate traffic, develop customer loyalty, and take action.
- Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels to ensure adequacy.
- Monitor stock and overall counter appearance, and perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.
- Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of excelling in retail results within a luxury retail environment.
- Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills, fluent in Dutch and preferably proficient in French and English.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Result and action-oriented with high energy and resilience.
- Team player with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate.
- Adaptability to challenges and embracing new technologies.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Effective communication tailored to various audiences.
- Self-development through formal and informal channels.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service sector, ideally within the luxury industry.
Preferably completed a secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
