1. Execute in-store and remote sales activities, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process.
3. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them to the counter.
4. Identify and understand customer needs.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized products.
6. Communicate passionately about the brand and products.
7. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter KPIs.
8. Develop sustainable relationships with existing customers.
9. Engage new customers with genuine human interaction.
10. Register customer data and perform CRM activities.
11. Apply merchandising guidelines and monitor stock levels.
12. Perform operational and administrative tasks.
13. Maintain good relationships with retailers.

1. Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in luxury.
2. Proven track record in achieving retail results in a luxury environment.

1. Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Good writing and communication skills.
3. Fluent in Dutch, preferably with good spoken French and English.
4. Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
5. Result and action-oriented with high energy.
6. Team player with adaptability.
7. Comfortable with new technologies.
8. Effective communication tailored to different audiences.

Minimum 3 years

Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.

Part-time position of 30 hours per week with flexible working hours.
