- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
- Identify and understand customer needs, propose and demonstrate personalized products, and offer additional products within and beyond the category.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and products, achieving retail sales targets and contributing to monthly counter KPIs.
- Develop sustainable relationships with existing customers and engage new customers through genuine human interaction.
- Register customer data in the dedicated system, ensuring accessibility and executing all CRM and clienteling activities.
- Utilize Dior's database and tools to generate traffic, develop customer loyalty, and take action.
- Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels, reporting any shortages.
- Monitor stock and overall counter appearance, performing all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules, including Dior grooming guidelines.
- Previous professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Proven track record in excelling in retail results within a luxury retail environment.
- Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills, fluent in Dutch and preferably proficient in French and English.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Results and action-oriented with high energy levels.
- Team player with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate with others.
- Adaptability and resilience in facing challenges.
- Comfortable with new technologies and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proactive in self-development and seeking growth opportunities.
Minimum 3 years
Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
