- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire clients.
- Initiate contact with clients, welcoming them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients, introducing the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Update client data in the ipos tool, including sales and client profiles.
- Utilize the customer database on ipos to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
- Creative ability to evoke emotions in clients through fragrance.
- Tenacity to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
- Driven and results-oriented, seeking to grow the business through events and counter activity.
- Self-confidence to approach and engage with customers using strong selling skills.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation, embodying the elegance of Parfums Christian Dior.
Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
