1. Advise and sell Dior products, providing a high level of customer service.
2. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
3. Educate customers about Dior products to increase brand loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising displays according to corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
9. Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
