1. Advise and sell Dior products, ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
3. Educate customers about Dior products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail/boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers (not applicable in Boutique).
9. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
3. Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
4. Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, either 10am-4pm or 4pm-10pm.

Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
