1. Achieve sales targets weekly and monthly while providing exceptional customer service in line with the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Educate clients about Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
3. Maintain merchandising displays according to corporate guidelines.
4. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
5. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail or boutique manager.
6. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
7. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
8. Encourage teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Fluent Spanish (minimum C2); English desirable.
3. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
