1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading relationships with both local and international clients.
2. Sell Dior products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling Dior.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate clients about Dior products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
8. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
10. Encourage teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Proficient knowledge of beauty products including fragrances, skincare, and makeup application.
4. Professional use of Excel.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Permanent contract with 40 hours per week, offering opportunities to work across various sales points in Spain.
