1. Advise and sell Dior products, ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
3. Educate customers on Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers (not applicable in Boutique).
9. Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail or service industry, preferably in a luxury setting.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Permanent contract with 40 hours per week. Opportunity to work across various sales points in Spain.
