1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading customer relations with both local and international clients.
2. Sell Dior products and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate customers about Dior products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
8. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with retail store managers (not applicable in Boutique).
10. Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or a university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
3. Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and fluent in Spanish.
4. Immediate and full availability.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or a related service industry, preferably within a luxury, beauty, or fashion context.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or a university degree preferred.

Permanent contract with 40 hours per week, offering the opportunity to work across various sales points in Spain.
