1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading relationships with local and international clients.
2. Sell Dior products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate clients about Dior products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
8. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
10. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
3. Proficient knowledge of beauty products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup application.
4. Professional use of Excel.
5. Competent in English (minimum B2) and fluent in Spanish.
6. Immediate and full availability.

A minimum of three years of experience in the retail or service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Permanent contract with a 40-hour work week. Opportunity to work across various sales points in Spain.
