- Sell Dior products while providing exemplary customer service throughout the sales process.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
- Encourage cross-category purchases and develop enduring customer relationships through sampling and bookings.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and educate customers about Dior products and brand values.
- Ensure adherence to Dior merchandising guidelines and optimize visual exposure at the point of sale.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Train and coach multi-brand salespeople on Dior products, sales techniques, and brand ethos.
- Facilitate the execution of in-store Dior events.
- Report field insights and improvement suggestions to the Dior Sales Manager.
- Maintain compliance with corporate and store policies, including attendance and grooming standards.
- Strive for perfection in display quality and cleanliness across all product categories.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
- Strong customer service focus and sales acumen.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Excellent selling and conversational skills.
- Knowledge of cosmetics and makeup application.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to create a positive work atmosphere and motivate team members.
- Organized, autonomous, and self-motivated.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, particularly within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
