1. Sell Dior products and provide high-standard customer service.
2. Identify and understand customer needs.
3. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers in fragrance, make-up, and skincare.
4. Develop personal and durable relationships with customers.
5. Achieve retail sales targets monthly.
6. Educate customers on Dior products and brand.
7. Ensure respect for Dior merchandising guidelines and optimize visual exposure.
8. Monitor stock levels and manage stock issues.
9. Train and coach retailer's salespeople on Dior products and sales techniques.
10. Ensure efficient roll-out of Dior events in-store.
11. Report key messages and suggestions for improvement to the Dior Sales Manager.
12. Respect corporate and store rules and Dior grooming guidelines.
13. Engage in maintaining display quality and cleanliness.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
2. Strong affinity for customer service and sales focus.

2. Outgoing, courteous, genuine, and passionate.
3. Punctuality, precision, and efficiency in task execution.
4. Very good selling and conversation skills.
5. Good cosmetic and make-up application knowledge.
6. Knowledge of English is preferable.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
