1. Deliver an exceptional Dior client experience by welcoming, engaging, and advising customers through personalized fragrance consultations, ensuring service excellence at every interaction.
2. Drive individual and counter sales performance by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, cross-selling, and gift recommendations.
3. Demonstrate expert product knowledge by presenting fragrances, explaining their scent notes, families, longevity, and appropriate occasions, while guiding clients to the most suitable choices.
4. Maintain flawless brand image and merchandising standards by ensuring the counter is clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned with Dior guidelines.
5. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling activities, capturing customer preferences and encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty.
6. Support retail operations by handling POS transactions, exchanges, returns, stock replenishment, and inventory checks in line with company procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
2. Strong fragrance product knowledge.
3. Experience using POS systems and handling cash, card, and digital transactions.
4. Basic inventory management and stock replenishment skills.
5. Ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
6. Clienteling tools usage and customer data tracking.
7. Fluency in English; additional foreign languages considered an asset.
8. Ability to work with sales KPIs and performance targets.
