1. Achieve sell-out objectives while promoting the Dior brand image.
2. Provide exceptional customer service adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Meet monthly sales targets.
4. Educate customers on Dior products and brand values.
5. Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays according to new product launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail or Boutique Manager.
8. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
9. Build strong relationships with retailer Store Managers.
10. Foster a collaborative team spirit among colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant.
2. Deep knowledge of beauty products including fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
3. Proficiency in English.

1. Passion for customer service and the beauty industry.
2. Result-oriented with excellent selling skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the beauty industry is required.
