1. Achieve sell-out objectives while promoting the Dior brand image.
2. Provide exceptional customer service in line with the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Educate customers on Dior products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
4. Maintain counter merchandising according to corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays in accordance with new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail Manager.
7. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
8. Foster strong relationships with retailer store managers.
9. Promote teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Beauty Consultant.
2. Deep knowledge of beauty products including fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
3. Proficiency in English.

4. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry is required.
