1. Achieve sell-out objectives while promoting the brand image.
2. Provide a high standard of service to customers, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Meet monthly sell-out targets.
4. Educate customers about Dior products and the brand.
5. Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail Manager or Boutique Manager.
8. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
9. Establish strong relationships with retailer Store Managers.
10. Foster a team-oriented and collaborative environment among colleagues.

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant.
2. Deep knowledge of beauty products, including fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Passion for customer service and the beauty industry.
5. Result-oriented with excellent selling skills.
6. Ability to work on different shifts, including night shifts.
