1. Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Achieve monthly sell-out targets while promoting the brand image.
3. Educate customers on Dior products and brand heritage.
4. Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new product launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Retail Manager.
7. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
8. Build strong relationships with retailer Store Managers.
9. Foster a collaborative team spirit among colleagues.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant.

1. Deep knowledge of fragrance, skincare, and makeup products.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Excellent selling skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry is required.
