1. Provide the highest standard of service to customers, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Achieve monthly sell-out targets while promoting the brand image.
3. Educate customers on Dior products and the brand ethos.

5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail Manager or Boutique Manager.
7. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

9. Promote a collaborative team spirit among colleagues.

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant.
2. Deep knowledge of beauty products, including fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Passion for customer service and the beauty industry.
5. Result-oriented with excellent selling skills.
6. Ability to work in a team environment.
7. Availability to work different shifts, including night shifts.
