1. Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Achieve monthly sell-out targets and promote the brand image.
3. Educate customers on Dior products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
4. Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail Manager or Boutique Manager.
7. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
8. Foster strong relationships with retailer Store Managers.
9. Promote teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Beauty Consultant.
2. Deep knowledge of beauty products, including fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Passion for customer service and the beauty industry.
5. Result-oriented with excellent selling skills.
6. Team player.
7. Availability to work various shifts, including night shifts.
