1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Achieve monthly sell-out targets while promoting the Dior brand image.
3. Educate customers on Dior products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
4. Maintain counter merchandising in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays in line with new product launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail or Boutique Manager.
7. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
8. Build strong relationships with retailer Store Managers.
9. Foster a collaborative and team-oriented atmosphere among colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant.
2. In-depth knowledge of beauty products, including fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Passion for customer service and the beauty industry.
5. Result-oriented with excellent selling skills.
6. Ability to work in a team.
7. Availability to work various shifts, including nights.
