1. Achieve sales targets and promote the brand image, managing relationships with local and international clients.
2. Sell Dior products and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling approach.
3. Apply makeup products and offer personalized advice to clients.
4. Educate customers about Dior products, enhancing brand awareness and loyalty.
5. Maintain the merchandising counter in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Update visibility according to new product launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Retail Manager or Boutique Manager.
8. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
9. Establish strong relationships with Retail Store Managers.
10. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.
11. Occasionally rotate to different centers within the province.

1. High School diploma or equivalent in beauty; professional training in Beauty preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail, preferably within the beauty and/or luxury industry.
3. Fluent in Spanish; advanced English (at least B2 level); French is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

High School diploma or equivalent in beauty.

Temporary contract with 40 hours per week commitment.
