1. Advise and sell Dior products, ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
2. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
3. Educate clients about Dior products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail/boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
9. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.
2. Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2) and proficient in English (minimum B2); additional languages are advantageous.
3. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
