1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading customer relations with both local and international clientele.
2. Sell Dior products and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate customers about Dior products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
8. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with retail store managers (not applicable in Boutique).
10. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
3. Proficient knowledge of beauty products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup application.
4. Professional use of Excel.
5. Fluent in Spanish and competent in English (minimum B2 level).
6. Immediate and full availability.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.

Permanent contract with a 40-hour work week as an itinerant Beauty Consultant across various sales points in Spain.
