- Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
- Provide a personalized luxury service to customers.
- Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire and gain new clients.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury standard of service.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Maintain knowledge of all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalized products to clients.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with Corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
- Update client data and sales information in the ipos tool.
- Develop and utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
- Creative ability to evoke emotions in clients through fragrance.
- Tenacity to ensure customers receive the best luxury service and experience.
- Driven and results-oriented with a focus on business growth through events and counter activity.
- Self-confidence to approach and engage with customers using strong selling skills.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation to embody the elegance of Parfums Christian Dior.
Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
